Good service and polite staff. Numerous hidden “fees” they don’t make you aware of though. I stayed there a week and had no clue it was an additional $14 A DAY to PARK! I could of gotten an additional night for this

$14 charge for suburban parking that was not obvious at booking. Rooms and hotel were very worn. Worst gym I have ever seen with treadmills that made loud gear grinding sounds. One treadmill had a footlong tear in the tread. Staff was nice was the only plus.

Everything was clean with great accommodations

The room was clean, excellent and beautiful ❤️❤️ my husband had a wonderful and special birthday.

The staff was great however there were 2 issues The commode did not flush properly and the bar lock somehow engages itself.

Never will book this property again!! Stayed for 1 week and there was 3 fires , 2 back to back days , we were standing outside for hours in cold and other fires 6am woken out our sleep walk all way down 16 floors to stand outside in cold , hotel only gave us a free drink as compensation!!! Worst hotel experience ever , don’t book here!!!

Room was clean, bathroom clean

Sink in room was clogged it took maintenance a couple of hours to come but they switched us to a different room with no problems

Very modern, clean, close proximity to a lot of stores and restaurants. Friendly staff

I came in town for a business trip, you can buy breakfast in the hotel which is plus. The bad part of my stay is that there were a cluster of bugs on the balcony and one of them was in the room, so I didn’t get to enjoy the balcony. I took pics but i didn’t get a chance to show the front desk. in addition to the carpet with a stain in it. Also you’re paying for daily parking, which is not great at all. But besides that, the staff was great, very friendly.
