Good location. Room was small with awkward layout. Breakfast was flavorless but you can eat all you want.

Beautifully located Clean with good amenities

The sound insulation is very poor. There are three doors near the room, and each time one opens or closes, it causes a loud banging noise that echoes throughout the house. The noise was disruptive enough to wake us several times during the night, and even our baby, who normally sleeps very deeply, was frequently disturbed. As you can imagine, it takes quite a bit to wake a sleeping baby.

The first room they gave me smelled very bad of cigarettes. Luckily they had one room left to switch me to. I don't think the hotel is that old but the room seemed kinda damaged (surfaces scuffed up, holes in them, etc) which indicates cheap furnishings. Loudest ac I've ever had at a hotel. Pool got closed because someone defacated in it but they also closed the hot tub which wasn't connected which was annoying cause I was planning to use it after hiking all day. They wouldn't let anyone use the hot tub because they "couldn't watch" and make sure people didn't go in the pool even though the pool had a cover on it. Breakfast was ok, same as any other hotel breakfast, not a "buffet" as they advertise. They didn't tell me they were charging an additional $20/day for parking until I got the bill on my check out email (what a rip off since everyone pretty much is driving there, feels like nickel and diming). Rooms were not very sound proof. I heard kids crying and people talking my whole stay. You are paying for the location but the hotel quality is not worth $350/night. Wish I stayed at a cheaper place but I sprang for this cause it had the best reviews.

Excellent hotel, everything was top notch!

The property was clean, conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and shuttle. Some rooms have balconies but some don’t. Disappointing not to get one. So if you’re wanting that option maybe call and inquire. Nights were noisy. walls and doors Seemed to let all noise in. View was amazing and parking was convenient.

Great hotel. Only complaint was when we checked in we were told to let them know if our room smelled but sorry if it did because they were sold out. Not comforting way to check in. Ended up being fine but didn't like that welcome to hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was quiet, clean and spacious and with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. It is within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and a rental gear shop for our walk in The Narrows.

For the rate I paid, I was expecting a more refined and upscale experience. Unfortunately, the overall stay fell short of expectations. The bathtub was not properly cleaned or maintained, the room had an unpleasant odor, and housekeeping was inconsistent. Additionally, I had reserved a King bed, but upon arrival, I was informed that my room had been changed to a double due to overbooking—without prior notice. Had I been informed in advance, I would have considered alternative accommodations. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service quality.

Absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Unreal views. Comfy clean modern rooms. Breakfast was the absolute best! Pool/outside area was so nice! And again.. the views!!! Definitely worth it.
