Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was quiet, clean and spacious and with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. It is within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and a rental gear shop for our walk in The Narrows.

For the rate I paid, I was expecting a more refined and upscale experience. Unfortunately, the overall stay fell short of expectations. The bathtub was not properly cleaned or maintained, the room had an unpleasant odor, and housekeeping was inconsistent. Additionally, I had reserved a King bed, but upon arrival, I was informed that my room had been changed to a double due to overbooking—without prior notice. Had I been informed in advance, I would have considered alternative accommodations. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service quality.

Absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Unreal views. Comfy clean modern rooms. Breakfast was the absolute best! Pool/outside area was so nice! And again.. the views!!! Definitely worth it.

Clean, friendly staff

Check in staff was helpful in suggesting places to eat and how to use the shuttle. One thing I did not like is that there was no water in the room. For $400 a night, you should get a bottle of water every day for every guest.

Very nice place to stay in Spingdale. Room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was self serve and had everything you could want. Hotel is located in center of town and easy for everything.

Booked a king room ... was told none available 5 minutes after booking and arriving. Was told only double queen with no apologies.. no discounts.. no anything.. Shower was scalding hot or freezing cold. No in between. Beds were rock hard and again... not a King bed as booked. Subpar.

Rooms, amenities, public areas, and canyon views are all excellent! The only negative is the $20 charge for parking.
