This was a great time

As advertised

Though the rooms didn’t meet my cleanliness expectations, the staff was very nice and prompt with our bug issue. We were moved immediately, and they were sooooo friendly. The room was also very cold despite having the heat on due to air coming through the balcony door and windows.

It was so loud and rundown. Kids ran up and down the halls playing tag till midnight. The halls smelled musty and old. Very outdated. The front desk staff was busy talking to friends and seemed bothered to check us in. Walls are so thin you hear EVERYTHING.

Decent room and setup, staff was nice! Bathroom had mold along the tub and on the floor. There was a major condensation problem, puddles of water under the beds.

My daughter had a wonderful time with her friends in the pool for her Birthday! The definitely enjoyed themselves!

I had a great stay beautiful view and the beach is walking distance

Our deluxe suite was roomy and had everything we needed. Definitely a little dated but a really good value for family travel. Front desk staff was very friendly although not very professional looking. Attached ice cream and pizza place was a plus!

I booked the property for multiple reasons. One of them being the room said it had a ceiling fan. When we got to the room there was no ceiling fan. The room was supposed to be non smoking and there were signs everywhere about not smoking in room and property but had been smoked in and smelled pretty bad. The lights were falling off the wall, the room condition was ok. Another reason we booked the room was the picture on site showed a room with a balcony and the room did not have one. I guess I should have checked that better. We ordered from the pizza place in the building and the pizza was cold when we went down to get it and the side of ranch we got was like water and smelled and tasted funny. Had to pay extra for the ranch but ended up throwing it away. The pool area was dirty with clumps of hair all over the place. There was only one elevator that worked so it took forever whenever you had to use the elevator, epically when trying to get your cart up and down from the parking garage. There was a light in the room with the couch that could only be on for a couple minutes before it started striving so we could not use the lamp in that room. When we went to play pool the pool table kept getting the balls stuck so we would have to spend extra money everytime we played a game to send balls down the pockets to get balls unstuck and then had to spend money to get those balls released to play a game.

Stayed for 1night room was nice and very clean friendly quiet.

Overall is good. shower faucet was broken.

Elevator is still down. Last 3 or 4 stays only one elevator is available. I left an item in the room after I left and have been trying to reach someone to hold it and I will have a friend come get it, but no one is returning calls or emails.

This is definitely an older hotel. However, it is average in most things, like fixtures and decor. The stove and microwave with a bake setting work great! It is located in a convenient spot, with Roma’s downstairs. Romo’s delivers to your room, and they are fantastic! I appreciate Ocean Key’s quick responses and their always friendly and helpful nature. Judy is one of the most beautiful human beings. She is knowledgeable and discerning; she was just the friend I needed after a grueling four-and-a-half day of travel. Their rooms are very comfortable and have all the things I need to care for my family. The televisions are large and clear, and the showers have fantastic water pressure and are hot!

My stay was excellent! My family and I come every year this time of year. The hotel and the staff is wonderful

Loved it

This was a great place for us for 5 days. The rooms were nice, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well supplied. I was disappointed we didn’t have an ocean view but the view of the inlet was neat. The traffic on pacific Ave was loud but died down after about 10 or 11pm. The pool and game floor were awesome. Nice having a restaurant on the property. The staff were great.

Room was nice,clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed pool and hot tub and activity room. The only two things that I would say I was dissatisfied with is the parking was limited and very tight spots. Also there was only one elevator working.
