The room is clean, airy, fully equipped, the owners are very friendly, enthusiastic to help, lend me a helmet and support to book a car for me from the hotel to the airport, the service is quite good if available. The opportunity will come back ☺️, please visit the hotel to have a good experience during your trip.

So sad. I have also read a review of a guest that this hotel hangs the head of a goat selling dog meat. So when I book a room, I read the information very carefully before I can book a room. The room I booked costs 177k as shown in the picture below. After arriving, the hotel owner told me to book by the hour. If I want to stay overnight, there will be an additional surcharge of 350k. If I'm not there, it's considered a loss of payment through the previous app. That's the first thing. The second thing is that I asked to rent a car. Out of 180k/day. After paying, the hotel owner said that you have to fill up with gas if you go. If I don't fill up with gas, I'll take 20k for 200k. Later, I have a reason to say again that before renting a car, you said that the rent was 180k and the gas was taken care of by the customer. I find it really absurd. Haizzz

Hi, first of all, I'm very sorry for the unpleasant experience when you stayed at ks. But by the way, I would like to explain clearly to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding between customers and customers.
1st : ks have 3 rates for time off , night stay and day break . Each price will be clearly stated in the email when you make a reservation. and before you check in, ks has explained it to the customer, and the non-refundable issue is due to the policy of the app travel, not the ks arbitrarily decided. I really hope you understand, but don't sell goat heads hanging dog meat to deliberately deceive customers.
Monday: about renting motorbikes, ks always quote very clearly the price of motorbike rental 180k / 1 day, customers fill up their own gas, and I asked the reception that day you rode but did not fill up with gas and my side I also didn't collect any extra gas money that day.
Our ks always give priority to customer satisfaction first, also feel very sad because of this unnecessary misunderstanding.

Book overnight, pay on the pressure, come to check in, the owner of the hotel said that you can only stay for 2 hours, and you have to pay another 200k for the night, like a scam

Hi, about the problem you have, I would like to answer as follows:
1. On the ks app, I have 3 booking levels: day break, night stay and hourly break.
2. You book an hourly stay for 160k but want to stay overnight, ks still support you to check in and have an additional surcharge at the night price of 360k. I have also discussed this policy with you clearly before you decide to stay at the hotel.
Anyway, I'm sorry that your experience is not really satisfied,
