Booked on the website for 197k. But when I arrived, there was no place to park the car and I had to pay extra because the room price was higher than on the website. So I didn't check in. I didn't see any refund. I don't understand how this works.

scam, avoid it, when you get there you give the excuse that it's the first 2 hours and now you can't cancel. why does traveloka have these types of scams?

I booked by date and transferred payment. When I checked in, I was informed that the item was only paid for in the first 2 hours. This is an extremely dishonest way of doing business that no one can accept.

When booking a room for a Night use room, the check in time is 14:00 and the room number is not shown. When checking in, I received information that the check in time for the room is 22:00 and an additional charge if I want to check in from 14:00

too bad, hanging a goat's head but selling dog meat, booked on the app 1 day the app clearly stated check in 2pm check out 12pm tomorrow, the hotel is located in the alley, ran crazy to find it, got there at 11pm then said this room was booked in advance only booked 2 hours, asked for the reason, went back and forth saying the app wrote like that the restaurant had nothing to do with it, then said refund the money but said if you haven't stayed then how can you refund the money, then called to impose and complain, so what is the purpose of this hotel on the app, scam, I advise everyone to avoid this hotel

The room is clean, airy, fully equipped, the owners are very friendly, enthusiastic to help, lend me a helmet and support to book a car for me from the hotel to the airport, the service is quite good if available.
