We booked this hotel for our last 3 nights in Vietnam as it looked really good. We were disappointed with the room we had booked, but thanks to Matthew, he worked with us and found a room that met our expectation for the money we had paid. Quan was super friendly and greeted us every day. Great location and the breakfast was okay.

The best service I have ever received from all members of the hotel staff. Communication between each department excellent in meeting our varied needs including helping to book a specialised private tour. Always smiling and greeting you warmly, including the hardworking housekeeping staff. Clean, peaceful and beautiful surroundings and an excellent choice of mainly Vietnamese foods, but also some European foods and cereals, breads and teas and coffees. Really enjoyed using the rooftop swimming pool and sitting for a while in the rooftop bar drinking our free cocktails, one per person per night as part of a voucher reward scheme. A few teething problems at start of our stay, as we tried and succeeded in sorting out which entrance and which lift was the closest to access our room, a tad confusing as construction is going on outside parts of the large building and some renovations are already taking place inside leading to some confusion on our part.However, the many floor staff were alert and ready to show us the correct way, as well as transporting luggage from different areas when needed. Would happily stay here again for future visits to HCMC.

Check-in is disorganized, but all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Every morning at breakfast, one employee was extra welcoming. Interacting with Thuy Giang in the dining room was a lovely way to start our days. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Also, the hotel treats you to a meal and daily happy hour drinks, which was an unexpected bonus. We also love the restaurant next door called Hong Phat.

The bathroom condition is like two star hotel. The one way free transfer wasn’t fulfilled with lame excuses. I had to pay three times the usual airport fare by the taxi managed by hotel reception desk.

A great hotel. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early and the reception staff called me when my tour guide arrived to pick me up. Breakfast is delicious with a huge choice. I had one meal in the restaurant on my last day and I wish I had more as the service & food were amazing. Room was cleaned daily and 2 glass bottles of fresh filtered water supplied each time. The facilities on the rooftop area are great, I enjoyed a swim then a few drinks while listening to an acoustic band that play there 3 times per week. A young band playing instruments with amazing singers. Hotel is centrally located within walking distance of many attractions. I would happily stay here again and can recommend this hotel.
