Super large balcony, nice view, comfortable bed and chair. Location is a bit far from the center, but room amenities are a bit limited, no bathrobes, personal hygiene items are also limited. The swimming pool is tiny but the service and other things are ok.

I'm telling the truth, anyone in Ha Long should avoid this hotel. When I booked a 2-bed room, I didn't know that there were 5 people, the receptionist charged me 1.7 million VND. At that time, I was confused because I didn't know that a 12-year-old child would be charged extra. Then, after only 2 hours, a family member had an emergency and had to go home. I contacted the receptionist for help, but was still charged 1.7 million VND even though I hadn't even stayed the night yet :)

Our room rates are based on the number of guests at the time of check-in, and our policy considers children aged 12 and above as adults, in line with standard hospitality practices.
In your case, the room was registered and used by five guests upon check-in. Although one family member left a few hours later, the room and services were arranged accordingly. As such, the extra person charge remained applicable.
Additionally, please note that our hotel does not charge by the hour. Room charges and any additional fees are based on full-day usage and the number of registered guests.
We truly understand your concerns and are sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future under better circumstances.

Had a lovely stay there at a very good price! The staff was friendly. The room was nice with a huge balcony overlooking the unique scenery of Ha Long. Enjoyed the variety of the room service food and the decoration of the restaurant. One of the best dog-friendly accommodations out there.

Phòng cách âm kém, đi ngủ nghe tiếng trẻ con khóc và tiếng người phụ nữ không dỗ cứ dài mồm ra ời ời từ tầng dưới, như ma âm điên hết cả đầu. Lúc check in ngày 2/9 có 2 thang máy khai như nhà vệ sinh công cộng. bể bơi bẩn, bể ngoài trời nhiều đoạn toàn mùi thuốc lá, đang bơi lại có đầu mẩu thuốc lá chắc các tầng cao ném xuống bể, 1 tấm kính chắn to đã nứt thành hạt nhỏ nhưng chưa thay mà dùng tấm gỗ dán tạm vào. Bể trong nhà bẩn, toàn mùi khử trùng và đầy các mảng bẩn, tóc trong nước, hiếm thấy bể nào bẩn vậy. Có đầy đủ bếp nồi nhưng phòng bé nấu nấu gì thì cả phòng ám mùi, khách nấu mì với hả sản, buôit trưa dọn phòng là cả hành lang đầy mùi mì tôm và mùi nôn. Đi nghỉ nhưng thêm cảm giác bức bối
