The room has a broken power outlet that looks dangerous, the space is small, the wall next to the bed is not clean, the lock gets stuck sometimes, only the toilet is ok. There is a lovely and enthusiastic female staff.

In my opinion, the room is very ok compared to the price I booked during the holiday. The lobby is very nice, there is a very friendly female staff but I'm not sure about the male staff =))) The room is not as old as the review, I just think they should review the cleaning of the furniture in the room more carefully. And I think this is a common problem that the home really needs to fix, which is the bathroom door and floor. The shower is in one place, the drain is in another place, it's not aesthetically pleasing, the water flows everywhere and takes a long time to dry, the floor is also dirty, there is no bathroom door omg :D The mirror is also in a very strange position, please fix this immediately. You should add a stu lamp or a night light, the room is a bit dark and doesn't feel very cozy.

The bedding was very dirty and damp even though it was changed. Even though the bedding was very dirty and we asked to change it, the cleaning staff yelled and had a strong attitude. The toilet has no door, very inconvenient when going to the toilet. Not good soundproofing. Breakfast only has 1 main dish, not many choices. Will never come back.

Mình đã bỏ booking này chấp nhận mất tiền sau khi check in 5’ với những lý do sau đây 1. Nhân viên giao tiếp cách phục vụ kém. Mình có gọi điện thoại nhờ hỗ trợ check in phòng sớm mình biết đông khách nên bạn không hỗ trợ được nhưng cách trả lời lại khách kiểu chỉ muốn dập điện thoại ngay và liền “không được không được, không hỗ trợ check in sớm, vậy nha chị” rồi bạn cúp máy. 2. Khách sạn trong hẻm không có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô trước khách sạn, không có người hướng dẫn, sau phải đi bộ vào trong khách sạn để hỏi tiếp tân, đứng đợi không có tiếp tân phải gọi điện thoại thì mới có bạn trả lời đậu ở UBND trước hẻm. Nên gia đình nào có đi xe ô tô lưu ý tránh phiền phức kiếm chỗ đỗ xe. 3. Mình đã đến khách sạn lúc 13h50’ trưa gần sát giờ qui định check in là 14h. Nhưng bạn nhân viên trả lời chưa có phòng phải đợi 30’ nha chị. Khi mình hỏi ngược lại “chứ bây giờ là mấy giờ rồi mà em kêu đợi 30’” thì bạn mới bảo để đi hối dọn phòng. 4. Bước vào phòng như lò lửa, không nghĩ ở Đà Lạt mà phòng cực kì nóng như vậy cũng không có quạt. Do phòng ngay hướng nắng chiếu trực tiếp và cửa kính to nên sẽ bị hắt nắng vào buổi sáng nên nóng rất gay gắt. 5. Khu toilet muỗi bay rất nhiều và những phòng bên trên lầu có vẻ phải bỏ dép ra mới được lên phòng, điều này lần đầu tiên mình thấy khi đi khách sạn. Mình phải bỏ hẳn phòng và đi qua khách sạn khác để ở, bài học sâu sắc phải đọc review kĩ trước khi booking. Mong bên khách sạn có những khắc phục về vấn đề nhân viên tránh mất khách.

Friendly staff, clean fast service, but the room has a broken refrigerator. When I checked in, the homestay was being repaired, so there was a lot of paint smell and the first floor was messy. Khách sạn trang trí theo phong cách Tây phương có phần cổ kính. Rất ấn tượng về cách bày trí đồ vật, buổi tối ở Đà Lạt lạnh, 11h đêm mình đi dạo phố về vẫn muốn ngồi ở phòng khách nghe nhạc, tận hưởng không khí một lúc rồi mới lên phòng lại. Các bạn lễ tân cũng rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khi cần. Vị trí khách sạn cũng rất thuận lợi khi đi xe khách Thành Bưởi ngang qua, không cần phải có xe trung chuyển. Có dịp mình sẽ quay lại lần nữa và giới thiệu bạn bè đến đây.

Staff are not friendly. Receptionist dialed the phone without even looking at the guest. Guests who come to ask or ask for support do not even stand up to talk to the guests. The way they talk and the attitude is extremely disdainful. Old room, bathroom with no place to hang clothes, small. Not coming back a second time because of the front desk attitude.

Phòng rất xinh nhưng mà tiện ích thì thực sự thật vọng ạ :( Phòng mình 1tr/đêm nhưng toilet bị tắc không dùng được, mọi thứ quá đơn giản, không có thoát mùi, cửa nẻo cũng hơi ọp ẹp, wifi cũng không dùng được luôn, khăn tắm chỉ có 2 chiếc cho 2 người, khăn mặt, giấy vệ sinh và xà phòng cũng không, không biết có phải do cách sinh hoạt ở đây như vậy không nữa :(( điểm cộng duy nhất là các bạn phục vụ dễ chịu thôi ...
