Very nice location, beautiful room, nice staff, but the smell of moisture in the room! Could be dangerous for health. Poor breakfast only one meal. No choice.

Friendly staff, clean fast service, but the room has a broken refrigerator. When I checked in, the homestay was being repaired, so there was a lot of paint smell and the first floor was messy. I thought I was located at the facility on April 30, but it was transferred to the lake, there was no breakfast, so I was a bit disappointed

Phòng có vẻ đã xuống cấp nhiều. Bồn rỉ sét, phòng nhỏ và khong có tủ mát. Bù lại mình thấy anh lễ tân nam và các cô buồng phòng rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Đồ ăn sáng cũng rất ngon.

Khách sạn trang trí theo phong cách Tây phương có phần cổ kính. Rất ấn tượng về cách bày trí đồ vật, buổi tối ở Đà Lạt lạnh, 11h đêm mình đi dạo phố về vẫn muốn ngồi ở phòng khách nghe nhạc, tận hưởng không khí một lúc rồi mới lên phòng lại. Các bạn lễ tân cũng rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khi cần. Vị trí khách sạn cũng rất thuận lợi khi đi xe khách Thành Bưởi ngang qua, không cần phải có xe trung chuyển. Có dịp mình sẽ quay lại lần nữa và giới thiệu bạn bè đến đây.

Chỗ ở trong hẻm xe ô tô không vào được, sảnh chật chội là nơi để ăn sáng luôn, không có thang máy, không có máy sưởi, không có cả tủ lạnh trong phòng
