The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, especially the food and beverage service staff; breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The rooms were very cozy, and there was air conditioning even when it was hot. It was a truly wonderful holiday.

This is our second time to stay here with my group. And yes, like always, they’re very kind. All the staff were very helpful in arranging the bus to pick us up. Really no regrets at all. Will be back for sure :)

We really like the hospitality from this hotel. Last day we bought fruits from the night market, and they were willing to help us clean and cut the fruits for us.

Gold View Hotel Da Lat is a hotel well worth experiencing; the rooms are clean and beautiful, the valley views are incredibly relaxing, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

Whenever we go to Da Lat, we always prioritize New Life. The room rates are reasonable, and they even include breakfast, which is so convenient. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, always helping us carry our suitcases to the car. We will definitely come back many more times 😊

Right at Tuyen Lam Lake, people should limit going out at night, there aren't many street lights and it's quite dangerous to go out at night..

The rooms were beautifully designed, and the carpets created a clean and warm atmosphere. The amenities were more than "fully equipped." The staff were friendly and welcoming. Easy to check in and staff are very accommodating. They upgraded my room to a window type. I checked in for 3 nights - family room. My Dalat trip was the best! Wish to come again.

I want to express my good experience staying in this hotel. I was on holiday with 2 children, incredibly beautiful nature, fresh air, a magnificent view of the golf fields. My children really liked that hotel included 2 swimming pools: outdoors and warmed-water indoor. There is also a children's playroom. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice. Lunch and dinner in the ala carte restaurant was also at a high level. The hotel staff is very attentive and good-mannered. The guys at the reception, the restaurant and bar workers, the pool staff—you are very cool and we want to say a big thank you from our family. You made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We would like to express our special gratitude to Eric. Eric—you are a professional in your field, you care about absolutely every visitor in the hotel and try to make maximum efforts to ensure that the visitor's stay is very comfortable.
