The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

Will definitely come back next time. Clean room, balcony and window view is beautiful and extremely chill. Room is fully equipped and clean as described in the hotel's photo. Room does not have a musty smell even in the rainy season. Hot and strong water. The hotel supports early check-in when there is a vacant room without additional charge. The room is cleaned quickly. The hotel has a waiting area and a clean bathroom for those who arrive early but have not checked in yet. There is a comfortable parking space for cars and motorbikes. Overall, it deserves 10 points.

I want to express my good experience staying in this hotel. I was on holiday with 2 children, incredibly beautiful nature, fresh air, a magnificent view of the golf fields. My children really liked that hotel included 2 swimming pools: outdoors and warmed-water indoor. There is also a children's playroom. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice. Lunch and dinner in the ala carte restaurant was also at a high level. The hotel staff is very attentive and good-mannered. The guys at the reception, the restaurant and bar workers, the pool staff—you are very cool and we want to say a big thank you from our family. You made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We would like to express our special gratitude to Eric. Eric—you are a professional in your field, you care about absolutely every visitor in the hotel and try to make maximum efforts to ensure that the visitor's stay is very comfortable. The cheap room is quite airy, the bathroom is big and clean, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, they help with everything, the hotel has a private kitchen for cooking or getting free drinks, there is a refrigerator for storing things, the bed is big and the room is bright and doesn't smell. When I returned, I was also given a stone lotus plant, hehe. In general, this hotel is very good.

The hotel room was spacious, stylish, and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The location was incredibly convenient, close to the city center. The service was excellent; I forgot some belongings at check-out, and they were very helpful in shipping them back to Saigon. It was truly wonderful and definitely worth experiencing.

A hotel worth trying if you come to Da Lat with your family! The staff here is super enthusiastic, lovely and friendly. I was supported to check in early at 10am. Although the breakfast menu here has few dishes, all are delicious and of good quality. The staff also helped me to film the food and lent me dishes when I ordered food to my room. The rooms are clean, with a nice view of the street. One thing I really like is that the room is quite soundproof.
