Very okay. I checked in quite late due to my travel schedule but the receptionists were still very welcoming. Booked 4 nights in total but due to personal reasons, I had to cancel 1 night even though it wasn't shown on the app but the receptionists were very supportive (2 men + 1 woman). All good!!! Besides, the breakfast was delicious. The staff at the breakfast buffet counter were very enthusiastic and the kitchen cooked delicious hot food. Most importantly, the view from the room was super cool. Overall 100/10.

We booked a hotel room for 1600k VND, but they didn't provide bottled water. The hotel only had four bottles of water, as shown in the picture; who would dare drink that? Excellent service from the receptionists. I was supposed to get free hair wash and discount for the spa but was told the spa already closed so they changed the service to breakfast for 2 pax for 3 days. I was supposed to get free hair wash and discount for the spa but was told the spa already closed so they changed the service to breakfast for 2 pax for 3 days.
