Nice hotel located in the enterance to Sapa, the area is under construction so it’s noisy since the early morning, the owner very nice and helpfull, speaks good english, and take care for your needs.

For the price, this hotel was an excellent base to explore Sapa. The whole hotel seemed new and in really good condition. The room was spacious even with three of us sharing. The hotel owner was brilliant. He was very friendly and was always on hand to help with anything from booking tours to arranging taxis. The hotel isn’t directly in the centre however a fifteen minute walk will get you to the centre where there’s a choice of restaurants. We used the hotel as a base for a few nights to explore Fansipan Mountain, Bac Ha Market and Cat Cat village before heading uo to Topas Ecolodge. Would definitely recommend.

The family is very friendly and helpful. The staff was very nice and careful too. When they replaced my friend’s blanket, they rolled the blanket to avoid the water droplets from my friend’s towel. Nice location, near the stone church and the night market. The food is great! In short, I’m very pleased.

The hotel is clean and the staffs really helpful even though they only speaks Vietnamese. Few things as a guest you need to know to make your stay memorable are. 1. If you want your room to be cleaned, leave the key at the reception, if not they will not clean it for days. 2. AC and hot water are not always on, especially hot water you have to call the reception to turn it on, otherwise you'll get super cold water. 3. Somehow the direction put on Traveloka 's map is incorrect, I have to turn round and round and asked other hotel where the location is. It is urgent need to change to the correct one. 4. Bottle water bottle only for the 1st night, after that you need to buy it on your own.

I arrived there at 5 am I waited until 8 am but early check in was asked for 150,000 VND. The room was very cold there were gaps in the windows and doors. There is no heating.

The hotel informed me that the room was booked through an app so there was no AC (????) Hot water had to wait a long time to get hot. Good staff, relatively clean hotel, near G8 and Ha Son Bus Stations, near the Market.

?? I don't understand you rate our service very bad but how to get real money fast? I remember very well that he drove a white car, I was the manager who directly let him check in, the room he booked had 316k excluding 2-way air conditioner, we also upgraded the room for free for you with air conditioner 2 way . When he returned he wrote again that the service was bad we will never want to pick up pax like you again

The hotel is very bad in terms of service, always turn off the water heater even though it's 4-5 degrees Celsius outside, guests go out without using hot water but still turn it off, when the guests come back, they have to wait to start the water heater around 45 minutes - 60 minutes, the room is always wet. In the room, there is a hot air conditioner, but when you want to use the air conditioner service, you have to pay an additional cost of 150k - 200k for 1 person.

HELLO SIR ks must turn off hot water when guests go out not to use and turn it back on when guests return. The outdoor temperature is 1-2 degrees, so it takes about 25-30 minutes to boil ice water, not 1 hour The room type he ordered online is clearly stated that there is no air conditioner included, he has to surcharge 150k / 1 night is of course, the reception has informed him that he regrets not using the money, now he is calling again.

The hotel owner is pleasant for early check-in but the room is dirty. Toilet too, weak water not hot enough, no paper, no room cleaning, no fridge. However, the supply requirements are still met. Maybe due to the absence, there is no cleaning staff. Saw a young male serving.

Khách sạn có mùi khai, ẩm mốc, vòi sen thì đểu không tắm được book phòng 1 giường nhưng đến nơi lại báo hết và sếp cho 1 phòng khác xa ảnh trên mạng, nói chung không xứng đáng với giá tiền.
