We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The decor is very much French colonial but what really stood out were the staff. They literally couldn't do too much for us. We were greeted by Mia who was so helpful, and at breakfast the next morning we met Lucy who already knew our names and preferences. Just amazing!

Great location for sightseeing. Nightmatket was opened just around corner on weekends. staff are very lovely and helpful.
they have onsite cafe and spa which you should try.
Overall we are happy about this hotel.

This small hotel is very charming. It is located in the Old Quarters of Hanoi and is close to all the things that are of interest to tourists like myself. The staff consists of very young people (I'm guessing they are all 20-25 years old), but they are very courteous and professional. The check-in staff all speak english fluently. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Beautiful room with very comfortable bed, breakfast was amazing best chicken & sweetcorn soup we’ve ever tasted ! Hotel staff member Lucy went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met in every way. Great location walking distances to many restaurants, very good hair salon and Barber located next door to the hotel . Overall great experience for my 1st time

Excellent service from friendly staff, always eager to help and offer advice on where to eat, what to watch out for, tour booking etc. Hotel is centrally located and is walkable to many attractions. Rooms are tiny and the pictures online are deceiving. Breakfast buffet is good and they also offer complimentary made to order eggs, pancakes, french toast and 3 different types of pho (beef, chicken and vegetables). I'd stay here again but would definitely upgrade to a bigger room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, The problem lies with the management that not been able to keep the safe and healthy environment for travellers. Dirty and smelly pillows, bedsheet and sticky floor are examples. If you want to have a good rest for a night, then this place may not be for you.
