The room looks like the picture, clean and stable, suitable for traveling alone or with 2 people. The biggest plus point is that the house is right in the center, next door there is a delicious noodle breakfast restaurant, so try it. However, the stairs are a bit small so carrying the suitcase from the 4th floor to the 5th floor is a bit difficult. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. If I have a chance, I will come back!

I came here for the first time but when I entered, I saw that this area was very beautiful. The room was reasonably designed, the natural light was very nice. The service was very good and the facilities were complete. The receptionist was friendly and enthusiastic! This is a place with a convenient geographical location and worth staying.

Convenient location in District 4, easy to move to surrounding districts. Good facilities, nice room, airy & bright. There is a place to cook, wash, dry clothes very conveniently. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly.
If you come to HCM for a long time, you should choose this place, it is more convenient & optimal than staying at a hotel. I will definitely come back.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Staff friendly and helpful. Very welcoming at all times. Morning snack a welcome highlight. My room was small but bed very comfortable and room clean and good shower. Not far from main areas and around the corner walking distance to food and coffee.

The room was new, clean and looked good for a weekend getaway that wanted a change of pace. The door lock was a bit hard and difficult to open. One problem was that I booked a room for 2 hours but the previous guest checked out late and couldn't clean the room in time, so I had to go outside and wait. It took 1 hour to get a room, so I give it 4 stars

Great value for money. Located in district one, walkable distance to many places in the backpacker area.
I stayed there with my husband and 1 year old daughter. Before we checked in, I was a bit afraid of the rooms being noisy, but we got a room in the back building (the one without elevator) and the room was quiet. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly, service-minded, and accommodating.
