The hotel room is clean & comfy. It is near the Water Taxi Venice and the water show. A lot of restaurants and spas are nearby the hotel too. Mr. Loi and other staff are very friendly and accommodating. Mr. Loi has also helped us to book car transportation to the airport in the early morning with a good price. Will definitely stay here again next time when we visit Phu Quoc! Thank you for the great service!

Had a great stay at Vinholidays Fiesta Phu Quoc on the occasion of September 2, 2025. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and recognizes guests by face. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Clean, spacious rooms, good soundproofing. Breakfast at the restaurant with diverse and delicious food. Far from entertainment areas and centers, but there is a free and very punctual VinBus shuttle service. Guests can take VinBus to the airport (route 17), the wharf (route 20) and vice versa. I was really overwhelmed when I checked in, the hotel was beautiful and clean, in general everything was great, very suitable for family vacations.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They delivered us to the bus stop free of charge in a buggy. It was truly a great hotel.

Villa is located next to a quiet, spacious lake, shuttle service from the villa to the lobby and vinwonder is quick, about 5-15 minutes after calling. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. On-time and comfortable airport shuttle support. There is also a safari and grand world shuttle bus with a frequency of every 30 minutes. We do not have to pay any additional transportation costs when coming here. Breakfast is also very diverse.

Spacious, near the sea, convenient for visiting the North Island and Vin's amusement park. The hostess is enthusiastic and supportive. The homestay is spacious, has an air-conditioned lobby, convenient for communal activities. The room is clean and fully equipped.

Start from the check-in area until our cabin was a great atmosphere, very good assistance from the staff, good view to the beach, good access to the other areas by shuttle bus.
