The apartment was delightful, it was designed in a modern and sleek way. The bed was comfortable for me. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. Free water every day. The lake is within walking distance, there are food options everywhere, super market and so many restaurants nearby for some quick shopping so it was good as well. I have stayed in several apartments in Hanoi, this place is the best so far. Great value & service.

New hotel and rooms, beautiful, clean, spacious. The space is very chill, fully equipped for the whole family (stove, cups, chopsticks, spoons,...). There is a private parking floor. Recommend everyone here!
