I booked a city view room but the hotel upgraded it to a 1/2 sea view room for free. The room is new, clean, beautifully designed, fully equipped (even with an electronic scale which surprised me)
The receptionists were very nice and enthusiastic when my family needed help with adding an extra bed for the baby, the hotel has an essential oil diffuser which is very comfortable.
Overall, it is worth the money. Everyone can experience it here.

Hotel design is very nice, brand new, and the staff is very accommodating. They upgraded my booking to a suite room. The room is with very wide windows and a nice bathtub. Location is in the center, very accessible to all the stores, restaurants, and the beach. May Cafe in the lobby is really good with many nice drinks and a surprisingly affordable price. Wide choices of room service menu and again very affordable. 10 out of 10 without a doubt. Highly recommend!

The room is very nice, clean as advertised, located in the bed can also look to the sea, the location should center around so there is everything. It really exceeds expectations compared to the amount spent. The only exception of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool which is not clean probably due to few bathers so no investment. Next time to Nha Trang will still book here

We booked two nights at Rigel Hotel. We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, but the front desk kindly let us check in early at no extra charge. I really appreciated that. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They also offer motorbike rentals at reasonable prices.
Breakfast was perfect, you can basically find anything you need there. The room was spacious and very clean, with hot water always available. If you’re looking for a nice hotel at a fair price, I’d definitely recommend this place!!!

The receptionist was so cute, she went down to the alley to guide me and then carried my huge suitcase up for me :))) clean room, central location. The lobby was cool and the price was ok. The receptionists are very enthusiastic, introduce me to island tours, help me buy tickets to Vinwonder, rent motorbikes to help my family discover tourist attractions in Nha Trang. Great in overall. Front desk staff and even security were very friendly and readily to help whenever we sought for assistance. The room was clean except that the floor needs to be mopped more often. The breakfast was nice. The location is not by the main road. But it does not matter too much as it is just 100++ meters walking distance.
