Having been to many hotels in Hanoi, Bloom is the place I am most satisfied with, the receptionist is cute and small, near the hotel with many amenities, the rooms are extremely clean because I am a fastidious person. - Near My Dinh bus station, many good places to eat, convenient to move. Professional receptionist, enthusiastic, very nice voice. The guard is warm and considerate. Personnel deserves 5 stars. - Clean room, dark color look. The utility is quite complete. No cup noodles, no food even though there is a hot water dispenser. The room has poor soundproofing, the main door has a gap, not tight. You can hear everything upstairs. In addition to the noisy housekeeping corridor and next to the hotel there is construction.

Room is very comfortable. Very satisfied with the first time using the apartment. I checked in late at night and the security guard was very friendly.
