The hotel is right in the center of Tran Phu, right next to the beach and Tram Huong tower, so it is very convenient for relaxation and entertainment. On the day of check-in, the hotel allowed me to check in early so I was very satisfied :)

This is my 2nd visit to Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel, and they gave me room on 27th floor. Which is now totally quiet from that Club music noise and also the making up room of the housekeeping team is clean and tidy. Everything is perfect… very comfortable and very convenient for me. Starbuck coffee on lobby, Highland coffee across the street… Vincom plaza is one area with the Hotel… belong the same group of the Hotel. All the staff is friendly and great… very responsive and helpful … solved all my previous problem. Real 5 star Hotel.

I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel in Nha Trang, reading a lot of reviews but in the end I chose BW - a new hotel that doesn't have too many reviews and had a great experience here. The hotel is better than my family expected. The rooms are spacious, neatly arranged, clean, convenient, the balcony has a drying line after swimming in the sea. The breakfast is not to my taste but it is okay, the breakfast view is chill. The room price I booked is quite reasonable so I will come back when visiting Nha Trang

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel twice. The price I booked through traveloka was preferential so it was very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, enthusiastic, and cheerful like every time I come. Rooms are clean, spacious, fully equipped. Buffet breakfast is also good and acceptable. We’re from Thailand. This hotel is inexpensive and located in a great position: close to the beach, super market, cafes, and night market. The room is clean and has a good view. Breakfast was okay. I have a wonderful vacation surrounded by the most helpful and friendly staff. Please give them a bonus! The room is super comfortable, nice windows, a lot of sunlight, nice city view. The mattress and pillows are so big and super comfy. The Deluxe room is around 35m2, is bigger than I expected while looking at the picture. The room rate is so competitive and the service is quite good.
