The staff is enthusiastic, I have a small child so I want everything to be clean for my child, the resort is very enthusiastic in supporting, even removing every small speck of dust on the surface of the pool before the child goes swimming. The resort also prepares a car rental with full gas, the view is great. Overall, it deserves 5*

The room is extremely beautiful, clean, easy to sleep, maybe this is the hotel I have ever slept the best. The facilities are ok, the price is reasonable, the view is quite good. Trang An Luxury Hotel
I arrived at the hotel at 5am but still get a normal room, not wait until 2pm as other places. Newly built rooms are clean. Friendly employee. My room overlooking the rice fields and mountains is also quite ok. Convenient hotel location to go to Trang An and Tam Coc.
