Hotels and Accommodation near Học Viện Hành Chính Quốc Gia - 10 Đường 3/2

Pros Nice location, near city center. The whole hotel is large and has its own parking lot. Cons Rooms were smelly. Too many mosquito. Price are too high for the room quality.

The room is not as clean as in the photos. There is an old and dirt smell in the room. I doubt the hotel is fully occupied, but I was given a room with local house view (4th floor). I am to lazy to ask for another room

Overall experience: Good (3.5 out of 5)- The room was smaller than my expectation with no window. However, given the price paid, I guess I couldn't ask for much.- The bathroom was clean & shiny but the bedsheet was a bit yellowish.- They do have a small refrigerator with bottle waters, beer, juices but they are all chargeable.- You need to return to room access card to the reception whenever you go out and collect upon returning (which I personally find a bit inconvenient)- The hotel is located at a relatively good location in District 10. 1 corner away from the main street.- Might book a room here again next time but would seek for a room with a window

Extremely bad. Unprofessional staff. Paid but still said not paid, forced to pay again and did not give. Dirty old room. Changed up to 3 times still the same. Unlockable splashing water. The refrigerator sounds like a tank. Never come back
