The hotel has good service: attentive, enthusiastic staff, professional service. Room cleaning both morning and night (a bit surprising😅) My family stayed in a family room at the end of the house, with a partition between the living room and the bedroom; very convenient for families. The room interior is brand new. The bathroom has an automatic toilet, is spacious, and has a bathtub. There is a basement with games for children. Warm water swimming pool. Breakfast depends on each person's taste, with many dishes. In general, I have experienced many resorts and 5-star hotels. I find it very worthwhile here. Will come back and will still choose to stay here. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

I had a wonderful vacation with my family at New Life Hotel. The location is convenient, near Phuong Trang bus station, the Buffet Rau restaurant and the grilled restaurant are very delicious. I wanted to experience so I stayed at a hotel every day, but when I stayed at Golden Imperial, I really liked it and was extremely satisfied with the service here. My baby is a picky eater but praised the food at the hotel for being delicious and clean. The staff even made porridge and brought it to the baby's room 🥰. When I came back from playing, a staff member brought cake and chocolate to the baby's room. I was so happy that my family booked another day to stay hihi 😋. “Lumina Hotel Dalat – A wonderful experience!” I just had a 3-night stay at Lumina Hotel and was really impressed. About the location: The hotel is located right in the center of Dalat but still retains the peacefulness of the countryside with a mini pine forest in front. Just a few steps away is Xuan Huong Lake – the heart of the city, the most romantic and beautiful place in Dalat. About the facilities: Everything is meticulously cared for, from the clean, comfortable bedrooms to the cozy, polite dining room. Here, I feel like home – friendly, warm and pleasant. About the staff: The service team is very enthusiastic and attentive, making me feel very welcome and cared for. About the service: Although it is a 3-star hotel, Lumina far exceeds expectations. The breakfast is simple but nutritious enough to start a new day full of energy for the journey to explore Dalat. In particular, Emily Spa: One of the great highlights at Lumina is Emily Spa. After a long day of exploring Da Lat, we were completely relaxed with body massage, hair washing, and foot massage services. The staff were very dedicated, professional, giving us moments of relaxation and comfort to recharge our energy for the new day. Finally, I would like to send my sincere thanks to the hotel owner for bringing a wonderful experience beyond expectations. Lumina is not only a place to stay but also an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy Da Lat with their family, and Emily Spa is definitely a place you should not miss.

Great hotel, excellent services, the staffs here are the nicest people I have ever met. Our room was really clean and spacious, with a balcony offering both garden and mountain view. The location is near enough to the center so it doesn't cost you a lot even when travelling by taxi, but still guarantees peaceful sleep at night. I'll definitely come back when I visit Dalat again. Highly recommended.
