It's a small boutique hotel, so as expected the room was beautiful and comfy. Just a 2 minute walk to Sun Plaza and in the city center, so walking around is a no brainer. Big windows made the foggy scenery even more mystical. The staff were very friendly and let us check-in sooner when we arrived. Thumbs up! We have a pleasant stay here.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Freesia Sapa Hotel. Nice and friendly staff, located in a good area near Sapa Lake & Sapa Market. Good ambiance.

The front desk service is thoughtful in all aspects, English communication is available, the hygiene is very good, and the hotel will distribute red envelopes during the Chinese New Year. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Good reviews🥰

Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

The rooms here are very clean and comfortable with a good view. Buffet breakfast was good, and I tried the dinner at this restaurant. I tried the sturgeon, the taste was fantastic.
