Because this facility is closer to the airport, the price is cheaper than other districts in Muong Thanh. This is my first time coming to Saigon, so I booked here for peace of mind and booked another place because I was afraid the quality wouldn't be as advertised. It takes a bit to get to District 1. The security guard was super enthusiastic. My family suddenly had to stay an extra night and he helped us change rooms. We booked the wrong day and they also helped us change. Before leaving, he even gave my daughter some grapefruit segments. I wish you good health.

As anh hotel of self-service, it's totally anh bless for me since I wanted to cut out human interactions, and to explore everything by myself. Actually the staff were available online always and replied my message even at the dead of night. All I needed to run the system applied throughout the building were anh password, anh card and to press some buttons. (A detailed manual including WiFi password would be sent to you 1 day before your check-in.) Sometimes the sensor' sensitivity was poor but I didn't freak out, knowing the staff would guide me through immediately . The hotel itself is 5/5 but the people behind it were totally 6/5!!

I went to take wedding photos in Saigon so I booked here for 2 nights, near the studio I chose, the hotel changed my opinion about 2* hotels before, I have experienced many hotels from 1* to 5* and felt that M Village 2* is like 5*, the room decoration is quite nice, the hallway is carpeted, my husband also praised the hotel as beautiful, the room is a bit small compared to many hotels I have stayed in before but it is clean, the light switches are all at the head of the bed including the bathroom light so it is very convenient. The staff is lovely, next time I have work in Phu Nhuan, I will stay at M Village Nguyen Kiem
