The hotel is clean, spacious, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Even though I arrived quite early, the receptionists were still very nice, preparing the room and procedures for us to check in.

Wonderful stay experience at The Note Dalat! Everything is 5 star. The location of the hotel is just walking distance to the central Dalat where Night Market is. The room is well-designed, clean, and bravo for the detail attention to the guests (such as dried potpourri to make the room smell good). Hotel reception, especially Mr. Khanh, are very friendly and kind!

The staff was very enthusiastic when asking, lending chairs to sit on the balcony and providing cardboard boxes and tape to pack things. The room was neat and clean. The only regret was not knowing to bring tea bags or coffee because the room only had bottled water and an electric kettle to boil water.
