The owner and staff here are super cute and enthusiastic. The milk tea sold downstairs is also super delicious, with free filtered water and ice. The room is clean, fragrant, right near the center, convenient to go to the beach. I stayed extra hours and the extra fee was quite cheap, next time I go to Ha Long I will definitely book a room here again ❤️
