A great place for those who want to find peace and dreaming. The Autumn is located in a very beautiful position right next to the lake and just a few steps to the west lake, convenient to move to famous sightseeing places. What I like the most is the room and shared space designed very warm, lovely, impressive lake view space. The room is clean, the owner and the staff are very enthusiastic!

This is a wonderful property. The room was very large, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned and spacious. The front desk staff was very, very friendly and very hospitable. They always greeted me and smiled every time I entered the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by local Vietnamese restaurants, and just a short walk to the noisy Hanoi Old Quarter. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The apartment was delightful, it was designed in a modern and sleek way. The bed was comfortable for me. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. Free water every day. The lake is within walking distance, there are food options everywhere, super market and so many restaurants nearby for some quick shopping so it was good as well. I have stayed in several apartments in Hanoi, this place is the best so far. Great value & service.

Staff very helpful, friendly and attentive. They take care of you as if it's our home. Ask them anything and they will help to their best ability. Plenty of food for breakfast. Wonderful view of West Lake. What a great value for the price we pay. Happy to make the right pick!
