Cheap price but nice and clean rooms. The whole place is well decorated with flowers and trees (all made by the host himself). It was peaceful and warmful to stay there, not only about the homestay view, but also about the host. He, Mr.Tuan, is so kind and enthusiastic that made us surprised from time to time. We did have a comfortable and unforgettable holiday there.

Ninh Binh Greenland Homestay
We had a great time at this homestay. The owners are very nice and accommodating. They let us borrow their bikes for free so we can go around places. Our room was big, clean, and very homey. I would definitely recommend this to all those going to Ninh Binh to explore the charming place.

Good service quality. Friendly receptionist. Clean rooms. Food is okay. The minus point is that the way in is a bit difficult to go and find. 😔 In return, the view is so great.
