Service was great. My family and I had a short but memorable vacation. 3 star resort but great service like 4 stars. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Location is also very close to the sights. Breakfast restaurant is very delicious. Especially the resort also offers a boat trip on the river in the morning, the afternoon, there is a free offer of Hoi An specialties. Great. Next time if I come back Hoi An will definitely continue here.

I'm in the suite room. Clean room service is a bit far from the old town, but there is a free bicycle service for you to walk around the old town. Nice and clean room in classic, quiet style. I put it in la residencia, but the place has stopped working and moved to litte Hoi An. The Litte group's hotels are fine.

The hotel has a cool river view, located quite close to the Old Quarter Center. Outside there is a fairly large garden suitable for morning coffee and BBQ parties. The swimming pool is quite large and clean, with water levels from 0.6m-1.8m, children can swim. The public area has a fitness area (with treadmill and weights), billiards table, and a very nice tea area. The Reception and Security staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast is selected from the menu when checking in, the menu is quite delicious and rich with full main dishes, cakes (banana/pineapple), desserts (fruit, yogurt, jelly). Overall, it's okay, a great experience.

Location is perfect, you could reach the old town and night market in around 7 mins walking. The room has a nice decoration and is very clean. The TV is an internet TV, so you can usually enjoy YouTube and Netflix every night. The staff is super friendly, always smiling and assisting you any time you want. There is a bicycle rental service. It costs VND40,000, which is not too expensive. Highly recommend and will definitely be back here next time!

The hotel is new, the pool is beautiful and wonderful, the decoration is perfect, the furniture is also very new, the hotel has Free fruit, water and coffee. The hotel offers airport shuttle service (surcharge) & free shuttle bus to An Bang beach, with free club & seating service for guests. The hotel also offers free bikes. The staff are very enthusiastic, also guide me a reasonable map to hang out. I had a great vacation. Will return to the hotel on the next holiday.

We loved the friendliness of the hotel staff right from the point we arrived to the hotel. As we need to walk upstairs the entrance to the hotel, the staff immediately helped us to carry a few of our luggages to the lobby and we were immediately served with welcome drinks. The beautiful ladies at the reception also provided us a map of all the must-go places as well as accompanied us to the room to ensure everything was smooth. The rooms are lovely and clean. They decorated it nicely and gave us a free bottle of wine :), thanks! We loved the close proximity of the hotel to the night market which is just across the street and our stay was quiet and peaceful plus not to mention the awesome breakfast! Definitely will recommend it to others.

Homestay is very affordable, nice room, pretty decor, the owner and her daughter are enthusiastic in supporting, bicycles are available for rent and the room is cleaned daily. I arrived nearly 2 hours before check-in time, the owner supported free check-in. Next time I visit Hoi An, I will definitely continue to stay here.

I will rate based on the following basic points: 1. Service quality: Enthusiastic and friendly staff, nothing to complain about. 2. Room quality: clean, all necessary items are available, especially I really like the decoration of the room and the whole hotel. It feels very elegant, luxurious and artistic. 3. Location: a short walk to the old town, if you love taking pictures, besides the old town, I think the area near the hotel is also beautiful, or take pictures in the hotel, the room is also very beautiful. 4. Other services: very convenient when almost all services such as motorbike and bicycle rental, airport shuttle, coconut forest tour, Cu Lao Cham island are available at the hotel, the price is quite reasonable. Overall, I give it 9/10 points.
