The hotel owners were super nice and made me feel like home. Great location, near night pedestrian street and famous local food stalls. Motorbike was available for rent so I can had one to go to tourist attractions by myself. Affordable, can not ask for more. Highly recommend.

A lot of people say there's no lift, but apparently they just installed a new lift. They gave me free room upgrade. The staffs were very friendly. On the first night my bed and practically the whole room was dirty and humid, water heater switch was turned off, I showered with cold water in a 22°C weather. I asked the male staff to bring me new bed cover set at 12 am and he did. I overlooked the bad experience on the first night because they immediately fixed everything in the morning. Laundry service is 40k VND per kg, gave them in the evening, finished the next day. This place is at the end of Phố đi bộ walking street, so it's perfect without much noise but still in the walking street vicinity.

I was very surprised by the idea of building a homestay of the owner. Guests staying here enjoy a space with a large green garden, a relaxing cafe area and especially experience some characteristics of Hue culture in the feudal period. Will definitely come back here.
