The hotel is located right in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere. Da Lat market is only about 150m away, and the new market/second-hand market is right in front of the alley, most of the time it's only about 3km to have breakfast/play, very convenient. The hotel staff and receptionist are very attentive and dedicated. On the app, I could only check in at 2pm, but when there was a room available, the receptionist called for early check-in, around 11am, I was already there. I arrived early at the hotel so I could leave my luggage and then I walked around Da Lat until 11am to check-in. Very convenient, the staff took care of the guests enthusiastically and attentively. The hotel and rooms were clean, with reasonable prices and a central location. When I checked in, the fan was missing, but after calling the receptionist, they supported me immediately and very quickly. In general, the service, location, everything is good. If I go to Da Lat again, I will still choose this hotel!!

If I go to Da Lat next time, I will definitely come back here. There is nothing to complain about. The room smells so good, fully equipped, toothpaste is also branded, shampoo too. The space is so beautiful, quiet, there is a very chill fish pond. The staff is super gentle and enthusiastic. Quite close to the center, about 2km away. Overall, it is very beautiful. This hotel was so fantastic, receptionists were lovely and welcome drink that was hot local tea was so nice. Certainly, location was in the centre and there was the big restaurant in front of the hotel, if you have no idea to find meal, choose it. It was quite nice.

My room was Suite double room on top of the Hotel (6th floor) with balcony. Awesome view in the morning. Good mind services. The room was huge and nice accommodations, clean, bed and blanket are new every day. Located in the middle of the town, I can walk to tourist spots such as Bahn Mi (Yellow wall), Dalat night market, An Cafe, Market, Pho noodles, Grocery shop, etc. Check-in and out smoothly. Also, have Hot tea serving 24hrs. Do not hesitate to book this Suite double room with a balcony! It's worth the prices. Highly recommend. Ps. No need breakfast serving in hotel because the next 50 meters from hotel you will find An Cafe', breakfast was yummy and good view for start the day in Dalat.
