The hotel is very good and quite reasonable for the price, everyone who comes to Da Lat to play, I think they should stay here, it's close to the center and quite convenient to travel, that day I arrived early and the hotel supported early check-in and didn't charge a fee, 10 VND for this delicacy. The receptionists here are very cute and enthusiastic, especially this guy named Phong is extremely cute, he even lent me his camera and edited the photos for us😘
If I have the opportunity to return to Da Lat again, I will visit here again

The room is not like the picture, the entrance to the hotel is dark. Flooded. Completely different from what you should consider when booking. Dark and moldy.

Everything was great, the receptionists were friendly and cheerful, they supported early check-in when there were available rooms, the hotel was also close to the center, I will come back if I have the chance.

The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel location is convenient for traveling, this will be a hotel on my list if I have a chance to come back. P/s: if you come to the hotel early, the hotel will still arrange a waiting room for you to rest. Just ask the receptionists. They are very nice.

The support staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Basically, the room is a bit old and has a lot of mosquitoes. It was midnight but the staff was very enthusiastic and went to buy mosquito spray for us. +10 points.
The bathroom's shower is broken.
The room's soundproofing is poor.
The hotel does not have air conditioning.
The location is quite close to the center, convenient for traveling.

The room price is cheap but I think if you care about your travel experience, you should not book here, the soundproofing is very poor, at 11pm and 12am you can still hear very loud talking, the same every day, old room.
