The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful with room upgrades and early check-in when there were no other guests. I will definitely come back. The space was luxurious and very comfortable. There were also free activities like stand-up paddleboarding and archery.

My family and I booked two rooms for the weekend. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but Le Palmier helped us check in at almost 2 PM, which was great. However, regarding the room amenities: In our room, which housed my wife, myself, and our 2-year-old child, the hot water tap was broken and the water pressure was very weak. We had to wait until almost evening for assistance and for the hot water to be restored. My child had been swimming in the sea and had to shower with cold water, and so did my wife and I. My wife had a fever but had to shower with cold water to avoid missing our afternoon outing. Waiting for the hot water was very long and the pressure was very weak… The staff in the lobby, whether due to the large number of guests or something else, were very indifferent. I was carrying my sleeping baby from the car down, and they just stood at the door, looked out, and walked away without even opening the door for me…! As shown in all the videos and advertisements, there are usually cakes and drinks to welcome guests, but when my family arrived, we received no assistance whatsoever, not even any cakes or drinks in the room…!! My family left at 6:30 AM and missed the buffet for 5 adults because the restaurant didn't open until 7 AM… Meanwhile, my elderly parents had already woken up at 5 AM and couldn't wait until 7 AM for breakfast. My family left very early and received no friendly or enthusiastic service. My experience was very unsatisfactory…

The beach is beautiful, the rooms are clean and fragrant. I went alone but still got enthusiastic support from Mr. Ai - the beach lifeguard - to take photos. Although the breakfast buffet had few guests that day, the service team was still attentive and cute; Ms. Thuy, baby Hang and friend Phuc were all extremely dedicated. Baby Thu at the reception took care of the guests skillfully and thoughtfully. A gentle but warm experience at Le Palmier Ho Tram Resort. Worth coming back!

The whole family decided to book a room at Le Palmier and had a wonderful experience. The resort is not too big but very cozy, with lots of trees and beautiful virtual living corners for someone who loves taking pictures like me. The swimming pool is large and clean, and my kids love it. Surprisingly, the breakfast here is quite delicious and well-prepared. In the evening, my whole family went to a local restaurant, which is also close to fresh seafood, only about 1 km from the resort. Especially here, the staff is super cute and attentive to customers. My child was injured while playing on the slide and the staff took care of him, brought medicine to the room, and even brought cakes to comfort him. This made me feel the professionalism and closeness in the way the management and staff here handle the problem. Of course, with such a good experience, my family and I will come back one day soon 😘

The biggest minus point is having to rent a float at the swimming pool. You have spent a lot of money to go to the resort, but when you go to the pool, you have to pay to rent a float. A float is a lifesaver for people who can't swim. What if a small child can't swim and still has to rent a float? The rest of the reception staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, but the resort is very far from the center, so you can only eat at the resort, you can't go out. The resort also only has one dining area, so it's a bit boring.
