Great, next time I go to Ho Tram I will definitely experience more services here

The whole family decided to book a room at Le Palmier and had a wonderful experience. The resort is not too big but very cozy, with lots of trees and beautiful virtual living corners for someone who loves taking pictures like me. The swimming pool is large and clean, and my kids love it. Surprisingly, the breakfast here is quite delicious and well-prepared. In the evening, my whole family went to a local restaurant, which is also close to fresh seafood, only about 1 km from the resort. Especially here, the staff is super cute and attentive to customers. My child was injured while playing on the slide and the staff took care of him, brought medicine to the room, and even brought cakes to comfort him. This made me feel the professionalism and closeness in the way the management and staff here handle the problem. Of course, with such a good experience, my family and I will come back one day soon 😘

The biggest minus point is having to rent a float at the swimming pool. You have spent a lot of money to go to the resort, but when you go to the pool, you have to pay to rent a float. A float is a lifesaver for people who can't swim. What if a small child can't swim and still has to rent a float? The rest of the reception staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, but the resort is very far from the center, so you can only eat at the resort, you can't go out. The resort also only has one dining area, so it's a bit boring.

Breakfast is delicious, with a variety of dishes. The crab noodle soup has a whole quarter of a crab. The crab is small but the meat is firm and delicious. The banh bo and banh da lon are also excellent...

Staff, service, hotel are all very ok. Went on the day the restaurant on the beach had a party, in return the hotel sent quite delicious cakes. The sea at the end of the year has big waves, swimming is quite dangerous

The soundproofing of the room is not very good, the price is quite high compared to the quality of the room, I found the room, bedding, towels quite old, the white curtains are thin and moldy, the floor had some dead geckos when I checked in, the room smelled like mold even though essential oils were burned. The bathroom drainage system is poor. The private beach is small and not very clean. There are many sandbanks and the landscape is quite beautiful. Probably more suitable for larger families

Nice hotel, good service, except in the hotel don't have ironing. I bit disappointed for luxury hotel. Otherwise it 's very good.

Environmentally friendly resort, professional rooms & services, close to nature and open air, people are cheerful, approachable and provide attentive, hospitable service. Will return to experience the Villa area with my family. Thank you Le Palmier 🙏

Cool and clean landscape, diverse and delicious breakfast buffet

I had a great stay at Le Palmier Ho Tram. The staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the receptionists,... very good attitude. Especially, when my family arrived early, the receptionist enthusiastically supported us to check in early and when we checked in, we also received a thank you letter and fruit. The room was beautiful, the campus was spacious, with lots of cool green trees. The sea was not too clear but very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, the dishes were served continuously. The small minus point was that there were a lot of mosquitoes and the check-out time was early (11am). If we have the chance, my family will definitely come back to Le Palmier!
