The bathroom is not clean, the service attitude is very bad, even though it is at a sale price, I feel it is not worth it. Contacted the customer service hotline but they did not answer.

Phòng thì đẹp, nhưng thuê trúng chiếc xe cùi, chạy chết máy liên tục, đã phản ánh nhưng vẫn thu đủ giá 150 ngàn, dù mình thuê từ 9h tối, đến gần 12h đêm mình đã nhắn tin cho chủ nhưng không được nói năng gì.

When you check in and book, you will be assigned another room because the room you booked is still staying! The room was not very clean!

Really bad service here. If there is a chance, people should stay in another place, it will be better, the receptionist talks, it is difficult to hear how to put the rent in, but do not ask. I came here to travel with a local friend who led me to this place to stay, my friend stayed and played with me, but didn't sleep over and talked to the owner very politely but the owner kept asking for surcharges. While staying, we intentionally cut off the power, cut off the water, meant to chase away guests, it was too heavy to ask us to move to another place.

Booking is prepaid, but upon arrival, the hotel will change room for a smaller room. Make a fuss with the new manager who received the reservation. The toilet light is broken, I stayed for 3 nights but didn't fix it, use the rechargeable light temporarily. Do not clean the room. Towels must be dried in the yard to get, not give to guests.

ok room Only regret that there is no motorbike parking space. I went for 3 days but at night I was scared because I feared losing my car could not sleep straight.
