Madelise Stardust Hotel & Travel

I rarely complain but Today I have to write to express my disappointment with Madelise's way of working. 1) I recently had a trip to Ninh Binh and Hanoi, everything was booked a month before. But at the 89th minute, when I was traveling from Ninh Binh and about to check in, the hotel informed me that the Nguyen Thai Hoc branch I booked was currently under maintenance due to humidity (I live in HCM so I don't know if it was the beginning of November) and suggested that I move to the Ngo Sy Lien branch 400m away. Because it was raining heavily (that day was Sunday 11/9), I'm not sure if the hotel missed my booking on Traveloka or not, and we are easy-going so we agreed to the hotel's request, but when we got there 2) The road to the hotel is a market road, very dirty, the day I arrived it was raining heavily, Grab couldn't drive on that road. I was very upset with the way the hotel handled the problem. It would have been better if the hotel had informed me 1 day in advance so I could have had other options, for example, changing the hotel or upgrading the room (because I had stayed at Madelise - another branch so I thought it would be of similar quality). But no, to part 3. 3) As for the quality of the room, it was no different from an abandoned attic (it was hastily set up when I arrived): the room was so small that I couldn't open 2 suitcases (we had to put some of the hotel's things in the wardrobe, pull the shelves closer together to be able to open 2 suitcases), the toilet was disgusting (the toilet bowl still had yellow stains, I didn't dare take a picture because I was afraid of vomiting and the surrounding area didn't seem to be cleaned regularly so it felt very dirty). On top of that, the water was cut off while we were taking a shower, so we were very upset during this trip. The room always smelled and the air was very musty. => Even though I've been here several times and have been satisfied with the service. But after this trip, goodbye Madelise, never to see you again.

Due to the weather, the hotel had a leaky room, the staff asked me to move to another nearby branch called Hanoi View and promised to upgrade to a higher room category, hoping for my understanding. But after moving to that place, they did not upgrade, I did not have any comments, but the bathroom and toilet were super dirty, I told them to clean them but they did not clean them thoroughly, I have attached a photo. Not to mention the hotel location is right in the market. So I cannot take a taxi.

I booked a room on September 2nd. Went to A80, the view was great, the room and everything was ok.

The room is not as spacious as the picture, the cleaning is not so good. In this price range, you can find many other better rooms.

Booked a room on the app and got the room right away. The room was quite clean but it would be better if there was a wall fan.

We booked the room quite close to the date. When we arrived, the staff upgraded us to a room with a balcony, a view of the train, close to the train station cafe, Doji building...

The hotel is a scam. The app says there is a parking lot but there isn't one. The parking fee is 25k/hour. The hotel owner won't resolve the complaint. If you snatch and hold like that, you'll be single forever.

The hotel is a scam!!!! Everyone, stay away from this place!!!! I successfully booked on traveloka but when I arrived, the receptionist told me that there were no rooms available??? If there were no rooms available, they should have told me in advance. Why did I have to run around looking for another place when I arrived at 2am??? Then the hotel said they would refund me, but I found out that the amount of money I received was much different from the amount I paid on traveloka and the hotel used the excuse that I didn't show up and then pressed refund - what kind of business is this????

The hotel is at a nice place because it's near the train station. Also, it's not far to walk around the old district.
