Checked in at 4pm, went to eat and then went back to sleep without experiencing anything, considered a day wasted. The price is higher than the room amenities in other hotels. A bit of a fail compared to the imagination of a high standard hotel. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly!

- Kidzone is so boring, there is nothing for the kids to play with, old stuff, few games, should add a ball house, slide...etc and open later, because Ho Tram is so boring at night, I can't go back to my room to sleep early. - Corner room is too bright, no curtain to cover the glass toilet door, making it difficult to sleep. - The receptionist is very polite and friendly, but when I need to send things to the resort, I have to contact the shipping department, the shipping service staff is unprofessional (to put it mildly), I contacted them twice and both times it was the same.

I had a not so pleasant dinner. I went alone and ordered a grilled dish. However, I had to wait so long that other diners who came after me had finished their meals and I still hadn't been served. It wasn't until I complained to the staff that they realized I hadn't been served, and some even thought I hadn't ordered anything.

Melia Ho Tram is a good choice in this area. Check-in time should be from 2pm or 3pm...4pm is too late. The breakfast menu is not very rich...the pho is delicious. Going many times will feel boring.
