After staying in Muong Thanh Ha Long, I was really disappointed. Also, Muong Thanh is in Daklak, very strange.
Going on a holiday but the food is cold, old and terrible.

Nice hotel on the outskirts but the room is old, the room facilities are at 2-3 star level. The 17th floor has echoes pulling chairs all night on the 18th floor - the restaurant and bar down. The room floor is bumpy and easy to lose balance

My family stayed on 31.08.24. The staff was lovely and polite, the breakfast was delicious and varied. The only problem was that the hot water in room 903 was not hot. I turned the faucet all the way to the left and waited a long time for the water to warm up, sometimes the water was too cold!

We stayed an extra night. We left and went out the whole day. We came back early evening and our room still hadn't been clean. Breakfast buffet was not 4 stars! Open WC bathroom, which mean, the shower was not in an enclosure. Most the bathroom got wet after the first person showered. Not 4 stars designed. Won't be returning.
