3일간 숙박했는데 호텔에서 바로 해변을 나갈 수 있고 수영장이 2개나 있어 취향에 따라 골라 즐길 수 있어요..나트랑가는 버스가 연착되어 문의하니 친철하게 알아봐 주셨어요..좋은 추억을 간직하고 갑니다..^^

밖에서 봤을때와 로비의 첫인상은 전체적으로 조금 오래된 느낌이 들었지만 실제로 방에 들어가보니 고풍스러운 인테리어 느낌을 잘 살려서 관리하고 있다는 생각이 들었다. 디럭스 스위트(시내방향)에 묵었는데 방이 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했으며 시내 방향이라도 5층이어서 많이 시끄럽지는 않았다. (그렇지만 바다 뷰 쪽이 더 좋아보이긴했다.) 화장실이 굉장히 넓고 욕조, 샤워부스도 따로 마련되있어 좋았으며, 발코니에 작은 건조대와 의자 테이블 등이 구비되어 있어 수영 후 수영복을 말리기도 편했다. 수영장에서 사용할 비치타월도 방안에 구비되어 있고 비치타월을 들고다니는 가방도 있었다. 여러모로 디테일하게 신경을 쓴 호텔같았다. 조식도 여러종류가 갖춰져있어서 나름 만족스러웠고 수영장은 생각보다 작았지만 사용자가 별로없어 여유롭게 시간을 보내며 수영하기에 좋았다. 위치, 객실상테, 부대시설 등을 통틀어 아주 만족스러웠다. 다만 수영장에서 시간을 오래 보내실 분들이라면 수영장 규모에 실망을 할수도 있으니 참고하길 바란다.

The location is convenient, central and close to the beach. The room was clean and well-ventilated. However, we could barely access the hotel-wifi from our room. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, there weren't many options, the availability is poor. Although breakfast is served from 6.30 till 9.30, by the time we arrived at 8am, about 1/3 of the options has already gone, and for the remaining there were no refill for the rest of the service.

I've stayed at Novela once a long time ago and was quite satisfied, so this time I booked again and was extremely disappointed. - It's normal for the resort to be old for a long time, but Novela keeps the rooms and equipment so dirty and dirty, the hair dryer and kettle don't even dare to be touched. - The staff is not happy, almost never smiles except for a female at the front desk who greets and smiles at guests. - Breakfast has few dishes and is not delicious. It stops serving at 8:30 a.m., but around 8 a.m., many dishes run out and are not refilled. When I asked, the staff said breakfast until 8:30 was to serve groups going out early. Ah so Novela doesn't focus on retail customers. There was bread and butter but no sugar or jam. I asked 2-3 employees and finally gave me a packet of diet sugar. In the morning there was no fresh milk. When I asked why, the staff said there were few Western customers so they didn't use fresh milk 😂

- Khi tôi book phòng, thấy có ghi là phòng đôi hoặc phòng 2 giường đơn, nhưng khi ra nhận phòng thì chỉ còn phòng đôi, muốn lấy 1 phòng 2 giường đơn phải trả thêm phí 600.000đ. - 2 phòng view biển nhưng nhìn ra chỉ toàn thấy cây dừa, không thấy biển đâu hết - Phòng 4 sao nhưng phòng hơi cũ, phòng tắm bị mốc đen đen, phòng hơi nhỏ, ti vi có nhưng không bật được, đồ ăn cũng bình thường, không có gì đặc sắc, bãi biển không được sạch lắm, có nhiều vỏ ốc dễ bị đâm vào chân

I stayed in room 509. Check-in date 9/4, check-out date 11/4. The following are not satisfied: 1/ My car is white, stuck inside, cannot be removed. Because the morning shift security guard does not know which room the other cars are, contacting the night shift security guard cannot. 2/ My room does not have a balcony as in the detailed description of the app. Contact the front desk, the room with balcony is a more vip type of room and has confirmation that the names of the two types of rooms are the same. 3/ The resort does not accept credit card payments 4/ The towels used in the resort are almost old. 5/ Slow housekeeping service. I stayed 2 nights. The next morning, the front desk key was sent to ask for cleaning. But when I came back from playing, the room was still not cleaned. 6/ Resort saves electricity, sometimes I have to find a switch to turn on the hallway light on the 5th floor, the reception light is not available, there are many mosquitoes, and there are many mosquitoes around the area. Plus points: Delicious breakfast, many dishes. I will not come back to this resort to experience it again.

I have to pay an extra fee to be able to check in with Sea View (although I have booked the Deluxe Sea View room before, but the receptionist informed me that there are all Deluxe Sea View rooms, if I want to stay in a Sea View room, I have to pay an additional fee for upgrading go to Suite room). Buffe has some dishes that are not as rich as the last time I visited. The new restaurant at 9 pm has stopped serving alacarte. In general, the room is quite old compared to before.

With 4-star quality, nothing to the table, everything is perfect. Resort has a large swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi very interesting, beautiful private beach, breakfast is also very delicious. Located in downtown West should want to go 1 of photographing places in Mui Ne need to rent a motorbike but it's not too big problem.
