With the price of 500k/night here, I find it unreasonable, the rooms are old, the TV cannot be turned on, very cramped and small, the bed sheets and pillows are not clean and white and I feel scared when sleeping. I feel it is not as I expected. The staff is not friendly.

Although the shared bathroom is outside in the hallway, it is quite clean. When booking a room, you should pay attention to the hotel title on the app "max 2 hours stay...", to be sure, you should call the hotel to confirm the room price booked on the app because when I arrived to check in, the staff informed me that I could only stay for 2 hours, while I thought that was the price for one night.

The website clearly states that check-in is from 2pm the day before and check-out is at 12pm the next day. If it says max 2 hours, it's no different from a scam. The room is ugly, not like the picture, and lacks basic amenities.

The app says stay last night, when arriving, it says only 2 hours. What is 2 hours of rent and says if you want to stay longer, you have to pay more. But the room is small and doesn't have a toilet. Weird business. That's Travel Loka's default, if so, suggest Travel Loka fix this problem. The room was dirty, extremely itchy, the bathroom was dirty, I didn't dare to hold the faucet, when I entered I saw a half-drunk bottle of mineral water lying next to the TV, I don't know when the room was cleaned, the carpet was wet, I didn't dare to step on it. The problem was that I booked on the app for 1 night, but the check-in time was 2 hours, I accidentally brought too much luggage, and when I canceled, my card was still deducted, my fault for not reading the review first, so I still tried to pay double the price on the app, at night I had to wear a long shirt and long pants to avoid covering myself with a blanket because it was too itchy, I used a separate towel to cover my pillow, in general, for that price, I went to a much cleaner place because it wasn't cheap.

The description is 1 night - but on the product it can only be used for a maximum of 2 hours. When I went to check at home, the owner said there was no such price. When the customer came to ask, there was not even a single explanation. Meanwhile, the customer here came to see the description I showed and said that the home side did that, it would confuse the customer. Not even an apology! Pay attention because it's usually more than 500k/night, ~200k is 2 hours. I didn't pay attention to looking at each day + check-in and check-out time, so I accidentally paid for 2 hours and couldn't cancel or refund. From experience, the sheets and pillows are smelly, the fans are dirty and probably haven't been cleaned for a long time, and the floor is also quite sticky and dirty. I probably won't come back a second time because I'm really disappointed. With the money I spent, renting another homestay would have been much more spacious, comfortable, and much cleaner. Huhu, it's expensive, it's not clean, it's smelly, it's too dirty. I hope the homestay will improve and only welcome guests once, homestay owner😭 oh my god
