Right in the center, the room is clean, I chose the room on the 10th floor, the front view, so from the window, the panoramic view of the city is very beautiful, the hotel staff is enthusiastic and polite. However, the hotel was built a long time ago so it is old.

Stayed at Sai Gon Ban Me Hotel from May 26 to May 29 and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Buon Ma Thuot, making it easy to explore local attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the bed provided a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. Overall, Sai Gon Ban Me Hotel provided excellent value, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting Buon Ma Thuot.

Was not aware that it’s a 4star hotel.. that being said location is great, clean rooms, and friendly staff.. however, even though it is a 4star hotel, just be aware that this hotel is ‘older fashioned’ . For foreigners booking this hotel, this compares to our 3stars. Do not compare this to back home. The buffet for breakfast was okay, nothing out of the ordinary, room and bathroom was spacious, and this hotel is close to the local mall and some eateries. All in all, this hotel is worth the price being that it is in a smaller town/city and not much tourism here.

The hotel's interior is old-fashioned, but the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and elegant. It would be great if the air conditioning was repaired to be less noisy and the control panel was replaced to allow for temperature adjustment. The bathrooms are very large; it would be better if some rooms had dry showers, for elderly guests or those with joint problems, so they wouldn't have to step into the bathtub, which is dangerous. Food: The menu is limited, but the quality is good. The food could still be cooked better. The red date and snow fungus vegetable soup and the braised goby fish were excellent. The staff are professional, but could be warmer, more cheerful, and more accommodating to compete with other newer 4-star hotels. The security and porters are very good. Highlights: The atmosphere here is very Saigon-like: Guests and staff are friendly and less pretentious, which I really appreciate. If they removed some of the old, outdated items, cleaned the elevators more thoroughly, offered welcome drinks, etc., the hotel could raise room rates slightly, and guests would still be happy because they would feel more "luxurious." Price: I booked during a discount period, so the value was good. If I had paid the full price, it would probably be difficult to compete. Location: The location is fantastic: easy to drive in and out, everything is nearby, and the views are great.

The staff at KS Saigon Buon Me are friendly (from security guards, restaurant staff, to cleaning staff). The gym is small and has few exercise equipment (only a lat pulldown machine, a few dumbbells, and some old equipment), and the equipment makes a scary noise. They don't provide drinking water, so remember to bring your own bottle. The pool was murky when I arrived. When I asked why, they said they were spreading chlorine powder to treat the water, but there was no sign indicating the treatment and no one supervising. Anyone not paying close attention could get skin irritation. The breakfast buffet is monotonous, the same every day. The hotel needs renovations. Many tables on the 4th floor are broken, the repairs aren't done well, and it looks very rickety.

The hotel has a nice location and facade. But the quality of service and facilities is very bad. The bedroom has a soft bed with a sagging back, high pillows that make the neck stiff. The bathroom has no standing shower, and the bathtub has no lid to hold the bath water. The room also has poor odor removal.

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights at the hotel. When I entered, the receptionist was very taciturn, not friendly, and did not smile. The quality of the bed was very poor, all the spring mattresses were sagging, waking up made me very tired because my back was sagging, the high, hard pillows made my neck stiff. The bathroom did not have a standing shower, whether I wanted to take a quick or slow shower, I had to climb into the tub. The first room had a very high bathtub, it was difficult to climb in and out for fear of slipping. Wifi was almost impossible in one room, and the second room was intermittent.

Really completely disappointed with a 4 * hotel like this, the breakfast buffet is nothing special, the service staff is not attentive and enthusiastic, the behavior is extremely poor, the blankets - sheets - pillows all have blood stains. . Will never come back to this hotel again.
