Right in the center, the room is clean, I chose the room on the 10th floor, the front view, so from the window, the panoramic view of the city is very beautiful, the hotel staff is enthusiastic and polite. However, the hotel was built a long time ago so it is old.

Was not aware that it’s a 4star hotel.. that being said location is great, clean rooms, and friendly staff.. however, even though it is a 4star hotel, just be aware that this hotel is ‘older fashioned’ . For foreigners booking this hotel, this compares to our 3stars. Do not compare this to back home. The buffet for breakfast was okay, nothing out of the ordinary, room and bathroom was spacious, and this hotel is close to the local mall and some eateries. All in all, this hotel is worth the price being that it is in a smaller town/city and not much tourism here.

The hotel has a nice location and facade. But the quality of service and facilities is very bad. The bedroom has a soft bed with a sagging back, high pillows that make the neck stiff. The bathroom has no standing shower, and the bathtub has no lid to hold the bath water. The room also has poor odor removal.

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights at the hotel. When I entered, the receptionist was very taciturn, not friendly, and did not smile. The quality of the bed was very poor, all the spring mattresses were sagging, waking up made me very tired because my back was sagging, the high, hard pillows made my neck stiff. The bathroom did not have a standing shower, whether I wanted to take a quick or slow shower, I had to climb into the tub. The first room had a very high bathtub, it was difficult to climb in and out for fear of slipping. Wifi was almost impossible in one room, and the second room was intermittent.

Really completely disappointed with a 4 * hotel like this, the breakfast buffet is nothing special, the service staff is not attentive and enthusiastic, the behavior is extremely poor, the blankets - sheets - pillows all have blood stains. . Will never come back to this hotel again.

When making a single reservation, the check will only be available for 2 beds. Had to pay for trc. Breakfast is not excellent, even though it's a holiday and the guests are quite crowded. Room carpeted but old and dirty. Get the central location tp.
