Small beautiful hotel located in the center, very luxurious and clean. An easy-going boss lets us check in from 2:00 am because the car arrives soon to back up the room for us too, the staff are also very enthusiastic and friendly. Next time I have the opportunity to sapa I will definitely stay at my hotel ^^

The owners are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Hotel design is very gu: luxurious, genuine, smooth =))). Everywhere I look, there are pretty cute corners ^^! . Will return if you have the opportunity to Sapa 2 times

The room was stuffy, no signal, it was hard to breathe, there was a very unpleasant musty smell, because on Saturday all other hotels were full so I booked temporarily, not wanting to be cheap, and in the end I couldn't stay.

The lobby hotel is not like the picture. I was shocked at first because its clothes store not hotel in the lobby. The room is the same. It has heater on the bed, its so comfortable. But I couldn't sleep well at night, I don't know why 😭.

The room was very old and had a very musty smell. The bed sheets and towels had probably not been changed for several years. They had all turned porridge-colored and were worn out. The owner was not enthusiastic. A very bad experience

Phòng nhìn cũng đẹp, mình đi vào mùa lạnh có máy sưởi rất ấm, nệm cũng có chế độ sưởi ấm lắm. Mà có điều hơi ngợp tí thôi . Phòng ở vị trí trung tâm đi đâu cũng tiện , khách sạn bên trong shop quần áo nên mọi người để ý tìm xíu là ra

Mình book phòng không có balcony, vừa vào phòng là ngửi thấy mùi mốc, ẩm; phòng nhìn gọn gàng nhưng quá bí, không có cửa sổ nên không khí không lưu thông được. Sau khi ở phòng vài tiếng thì không chịu nỗi nữa nên hỏi bạn nhân viên để chuyển sang phòng có balcony thì phụ thu extra thêm 100k, phòng đỡ mùi mốc hơn chút nhưng vẫn ngửi thấy mùi thum thủm. Nhìn chung thì khách sạn nên cải thiện phần vệ sinh và lưu thông không khí, nội thất thì ổn với mức giá. Vài dòng review để các bạn cân nhắc.

The room is clean, but the staff seems not very friendly, especially a baby. Perhaps the homeowner's child or a junior employee. Sitting at the computer. We asked to exchange money to pay for the motorbike taxi. The attitude seems not to be welcoming, even though you can't change the hotel, but the service attitude is not pleasant and it's hard to come back. Spiritual issues are. At 2:00 a.m., the water in the toilet naturally gurgled for a long time in the bathroom. I had to wake up my roommate to come in and take a look. Then after about 1 hour it went away naturally. Don't know if the faucet is broken or not. Even though I was tired, I fell asleep early in the morning 🥹 the room price was cheap. Not too far from Sun Plaza. View doesn't exist. Just a walkway on the street. There is no balcony to go out. Overall, next time I will experience a new place. If you need a good price, you can try it. ^^
