Traveloka should mention that the reception is not open 24 hours and that the staff doesn’t speak English. I arrived at 6 AM and only wanted to drop off my luggage. The front door was closed, and I had to wait about 15 minutes while trying to contact them. Since the hotel staff didn’t speak English, she misunderstood and thought I wanted to check in early, then mentioned an additional cost. I booked the room for VND 446,000, but the early check-in fee was VND 250,000 because she said she needed to upgrade the room. The washbasin was leaking, and the towel didn’t look very clean, the stains were quite noticeable since it was white. They only provided toilet paper, with no tissue paper available in the bedroom. I only stayed one night, it was fine, but it could have been better.

The hotel owner has a bad attitude. They went on the weekend so they didn't need guests. They wanted to refund the money so guests could find another place. The air conditioner was broken and there was no water. When there was water, it was yellow.

The room was stuffy, no signal, it was hard to breathe, there was a very unpleasant musty smell, because on Saturday all other hotels were full so I booked temporarily, not wanting to be cheap, and in the end I couldn't stay.

The lobby hotel is not like the picture. I was shocked at first because its clothes store not hotel in the lobby. The room is the same. It has heater on the bed, its so comfortable. But I couldn't sleep well at night, I don't know why 😭.

The room was very old and had a very musty smell. The bed sheets and towels had probably not been changed for several years. They had all turned porridge-colored and were worn out. The owner was not enthusiastic. A very bad experience

Enthusiastic supportive staff, right in the center, convenient for eating and shopping. If you want to have money for traveling and eating, this is a great hotel, very reasonable room rates.
