Nice hotel, clean, comfortable room. Nice swimming pool and beach. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, change dishes every 3 days, especially cakes of all kinds. Hotel location is convenient to walk to his palace, Bach Dang park, night market, Kien Xay noodle soup, restaurants Out of the sea… very close. In front of the hotel, there is a free bus route to Safari, grand world, vin wonders. Ticket service, shuttle bus at the hotel lobby to entertainment spots at reasonable prices, fast too. In addition, the hotel also has a free shuttle service to the airport. Will come back and recommend to friends and family 😊

The hotel has a very nice location, right next to the beach but in the center, very close to dining in the city. The hotel is clean, rooms are also clean and beautiful, especially the sea view room. Gentle polite staff. There is only a little suggestion that the buffet menu for breakfast and the end of the year is quite simple, for example there should be 1-2 more seafood dishes, but in general, any food is ok.

This is by no means a 5 star hotel, rather a good 4 star. For those who are well travelled and used to 5 star hotels, you will be disappointed. Issues includes staff- no one to welcome you upon arrival, no one would transfer your luggage to your room. The receptionists are rude including the manager. Booked in as VIP guest, asked for an upgrade to the room, they offered no help and when I said I will pay for it the manager showed me the dirtiest most unpleasant room. We booked in for 5 night, we have checked out one day earlier that how we were unhappy about our stay.
The beach around the hotel is so dirty and not safe for guests. The only good thing are the staff at the breakfast were really nice and welcoming.

Property was good. Location good. Eateries good. Available tours good.
Fridge did not work even after asking for someone to fix it. That was important to us because we had medication that needed to be kept cold. Leaving for the airport there was either rat/cat poop in the lobby (I have pictures). Cleaning staff was very good. Restaurant staff very good. Lobby greeting was very good.
