A lovely family run the hotel. They were helpful and caring. The room was spacious with a nice pool to cool off in. I would definitely visit again and am happy to recommend this hotel.

I had a great time here! The hotel is very new and the pool was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The area is down a quiet street, so it's not too noisy at night (just roosters), and you can walk to the Ancient Town in just 5 minutes. Moon helped me with everything I needed - taxis, laundry, tour bookings - she was so helpful and always looking out for me. Highly recommended!

Booked a room with a balcony but received a room without a balcony. Asked the villa owner and he said if you can stay, stay. If you can't, leave. Unprofessional and irresponsible handling, bad experience, won't come back for a second time.

khách sạn ổn trong tầm giá. đường vào hơi nhỏ. đi ô tô đến thì gửi bãi riêng. không có nhân viên lễ tân trực thường xuyên nên mỗi lần cần gì thì phải gọi điện. khách sạn nên kiểm tra vật dụng. khăn tắm của tôi bị rách 1 lỗ khá lớn

Room for 4 people. A bed in the inner corner with no air conditioning posted on one side to check in another. The air conditioner was not cool, the landlord was told and the room owner called all rooms unchanged.

We had 2 nights here. Villa area is very large and airy, thankfully we were checked in early. Because of the tight schedule, we did not have the opportunity to try the food and the pool here. If I go back to Hoi An, I'd love to go to Silver Moon again

Not very good service Very little breakfast, but there is no food. Water / tea / coffee is not good. Rooms are suitable for the price. A short distance to the market, about 10 minutes

The hotel is located right in the center of the old town. Although going into the alley, the hotel is good, clean, comfortable, airy rooms - in the picture, swimming pool in the clean hotel, enthusiastic boss / sister, have free morning. The criteria for a night's stay in my old town are not high so my hotel book with preferential price, the hotel meets what I need most basic. thanks

The hotel is very new, the whole team had a great stay here!
Although at first came a bit not satisfied because the alley was small and far away.
In return the room, mattress ... very ok.
There is a swimming pool, if you are going on a long vacation and many people should make a Pool Party here.

The price is cheap compared to the room quality. The room is very new, clean, the interior is simple and luxurious. The interesting thing about me when I stay at this hotel is that I have to leave my slippers outside. It feels like entering an acquaintance's house. In general everything is fine just seems like there is a shortage of people here. In the morning, I went down to ask for breakfast, and the boss and the mistress all took their children to school. The whole hotel has only one guest. =))
