Good service from check-in, room, breakfast and check-out. But what is an unpleasant obstacle is that the room is on the 5th floor. Without an elevator, you have to walk up to the top, so that the feet will be cramped.

The hotel is not professional, due to the staff of the hotel, I received a 9am check-in time from 3 to 7 pm and 12 a.m. Back to 6 o'clock is 6 hours, the hotel staff said it was in Bang 1 right 800k, did the hotel staff ask for 6 hours to check the content? I just told you that I need to get tested right now until I go to ebony, whenever I can, the staff members will say no at 6am, 7 o'clock. ma su that the test does not show up. The hotel did not know what it was, please do not have any ... hands ... that it is true, it will never return.

Hotel right in the center of the old town, near the church, convenient for travel. But I asked for a big bed room, when I got a room with 2 single beds. Hotel should pay attention to improve this. Old towels should replace new towels to ensure hygiene.

Room extremely clean, moderate price not too expensive. Located right next to the Cathedral, it's easy to hang out in the old town. Especially the staff are very enthusiastic and polite. If you come back later, you will definitely return to your hotel: 3

A hotel located in the heart of the old town, very near Hoan Kiem Lake. The front room view the Cathedral, the back room of the old town.
Rooms are clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. The courteous staff, especially the receptionist can talk to you and give you the best advice to experience Hanoi - this is the cutest receptionist in Hanoi.
Breakfast is not rich yet but it is very pleasant.
