Cute hotel staff and friendly staff. Very pleased

Good service from check-in, room, breakfast and check-out. But what is an unpleasant obstacle is that the room is on the 5th floor. Without an elevator, you have to walk up to the top, so that the feet will be cramped.

A hotel located in the heart of the old town, very near Hoan Kiem Lake. The front room view the Cathedral, the back room of the old town. Rooms are clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. The courteous staff, especially the receptionist can talk to you and give you the best advice to experience Hanoi - this is the cutest receptionist in Hanoi. Breakfast is not rich yet but it is very pleasant.

I have been here for 5 days and I feel satisfied about everything. Will come back next time.😊
